Thank you for shopping at My Little Sugar Glider.
Because we are selling food products and other merchandise meant for pets, for sanitary reasons, we can only accept merchandise returns on items that are unused. If an item is defective, then we will offer you a store credit, but if an item was previously opened and placed in a cage with another pet, then we cannot take it back.
We will ask for photos of the items and if the item is intact and you decide you do not want it, we can accept the item back, if it is sent back within 14 days of delivery date by the shipping company. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please provide a tracking number. Once we have received the item back and it’s inspected, we will issue you a refund or store credit, minus a 20% restock fee. We do not reimburse for any shipping fees.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please save all packaging and items, and place a claim with the delivery service that brought it to you.
If an item is lost in shipping, the post office will not allow me to place a claim until 30 days have passed. You will need to wait until I have placed the claim and I am refunded, and then I can credit your account.
In order for My Little Sugar Glider to hold sugar gliders for anyone, we do require half down of the total value of the gliders that you wish to buy. The remainder balance, as well as shipping fees or items you wish out of my store, are due two weeks prior to the agreed ship date, or on the date you get them if you live local and I am either delivering, or you are coming to pick them up in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The initial deposit is non-refundable, if you decide to cancel the sale. Once the deposit is obtained, the gliders are held for you and no one else may place a deposit on them.
Make sure that the animal (s) you choose are the ones you want. We can switch an animal out if you see something that you like better. However, We do charge a $150 Exchange Fee, which will be added to your final bill.
It will be expected that the gliders will go to their homes within 2 weeks after your youngest glider is ready to leave. If we have to care for them past this time, we do have a boarding fee of $25 per week, per pair, as we have limited space here. If you are local and make an appointment and become a “No Show”, you have 24 hours to show reasonable proof as to why you did not come, or the animals will be put back up for sale, and you will loose your deposit. Unless arrangements have been made with me prior to purchase, or if we are in the middle of an airline embargo, when the weather is either too hot or too cold to ship. If those conditions occur, we can hold on to them, until it’s safe to ship, and no extra fees will be charged.
